All orders are Final Sale unless merchandise is received damaged or defective.

Shipping

• We offer flat rate shipping depending on the weight of the order. Load your cart to generate a personalized shipping rate. We keep a small stock of beds so allow up to 2 weeks for shipping in case we have to make one for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your bed should arrive within 3-8 business days. Make sure you enter a valid email at checkout in order to receive tracking info and sales receipt.

• We also offer free local pick up at Good Boy Collective, 3633 Main St, Vancouver BC. Choose this option at checkout and we will email you to find a pick up timeframe that suits your schedule. The beds are not stored at Good Boy so please wait until a pick up time is arranged before heading there to pick up your order.

• We currently only ship within Canada. If you’d like to enquire about international shipping, feel free to email annie@theworkingdogco.ca for a personalized shipping quote.
