All orders are Final Sale unless merchandise is received damaged or defective, however, please don’t hesitate to email us at annie@theworkingdogco.ca if you have any issues with your order.

Shipping

• We offer flat rate shipping depending on the weight of the order. Load your cart to generate a personalized shipping rate. We keep a small stock of beds so allow up to 2 weeks for shipping in case we have to make one for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your bed should arrive within 3-8 business days. Make sure you enter a valid email at checkout in order to receive tracking info and sales receipt.

• we do not currently have any pick up locations but if you reside near Rossland, BC, email us and we’ll see if we can drop your order to you.

• We currently only ship within Canada. thank you for your understanding.
