All orders are Final Sale unless merchandise is received damaged or defective, however, please don’t hesitate to email us at annie@theworkingdogco.ca if you have any issues with your order.

Shipping

• We offer flat rate shipping depending on the weight of the order. Load your cart to generate a personalized shipping rate. We keep a small stock of beds so allow up to 2 weeks for shipping in case we have to make one for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your bed should arrive within 3-8 business days. Make sure you enter a valid email at checkout in order to receive tracking info and sales receipt.

• We also offer free local pick up options in Vancouver, Squamish and on Bowen Island. you can Choose one of these options at check out and we’ll email you once your order is at your pick up location and is ready for you to swing by!

• We currently only ship within Canada. If you’d like to enquire about international shipping, feel free to email annie@theworkingdogco.ca for a personalized shipping quote.
